1. Artwork must be returned within 14 days of receipt. After this period, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange of the artworks.
2. The only reason we refund artworks is if they were damaged during shipping to the buyer. Please document the condition of the shipping material and damage with photos before contacting us.
3. To be eligible for a return, the purchased artwork must be returned in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. If the artwork is damaged, you will not be eligible for refund unless it was damaged during delivery, on the way to the buyer.
5. If the item was damaged during delivery, you will be eligible for refund of the artwork and return shipping costs.
6. As you will be returning a valuable item, please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item or that it will arrive without damages.
7. Digital purchases will not be refunded due to the origin and specifics of the product. However, if there is something wrong with the file, it may be replaced with the digital product upon mutual agreement with customer.
8. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
9. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned artwork. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and we will return the payment in the most convenient way, agreed with you, within a certain number of days.
